I ordered from radioworld.co.uk while living abroad, it went smoothly. The shipping was faster than I expected, the tracking updated fine, and the parcel was packed properly with no damage at all. There was a bit of a wait at customs, but that’s obviously not on Radioworld, so I’m not going to blame them for something they can’t control. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d order from them again...

I ordered from radioworld.co.uk and the shipping was totally fair. It was shown clearly from the start, so I didn’t get that annoying checkout shock you get on some sites. The order turned up fine too. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a packet of salt and vinegar crisps when I noticed the postage price and thought, “Oh, that’s actually reasonable.” Simple experience overall, and I’d happily use them again.

I popped into the Radioworld showroom the other day after grabbing a coffee nearby, and it was a really good visit. The staff were friendly without hovering over me, which I always appreciate, and they let me wander around and have a proper look at everything. I had a few questions about scanners because I’m not exactly an expert, and they explained it all in plain English instead of drowning me in tech jargon. Ended up getting what I needed, the whole thing was straightforward, and I even made it back to the car before the rain started. Would definitely go back again.

I picked up a handheld radio from radioworld.co.uk and I’ve been pleased with it so far. It feels well made, the buttons are easy to use, and the sound comes through nice and clear. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for what I needed it for, it does the job well. I’d happily recommend it if you’re after a decent handheld radio.

They were really helpful and got it sorted as a special order, and kept me in the loop the whole time without me having to chase them. It did take a little longer, which I expected anyway, but it turned up fine and was well packed. Really pleased with the service, cheers!
